The one where my uterus screams FEED ME!!!
so, just like with max, i hold the baby for an hour, kate feeds her, i get to burp her, kate finishes feeding her, i hold her, then minutes before we leave i get a few quick pictures of her with her daddy and mommy... so nothing great photo wise, but hello - she is perfect!
she is so soft, and smells so yummy, and i was sweating within a couple minutes of holding her - forgot what little ovens newborns are! and it was just like having meredith - i could have held her through every nap she had... not that i did with any of them, but could have...
i love the touch of baby hands - so soft you can barely feel them on your skin
tricky daddy - she knows that isn't a boob - speaking of which, my heart ached when kate nursed her - so jealous, in a good way, but envious none the less.

kate looks freaking fantastic - so jealous of her sitting cross legged on her bed less than a day after birth... I still would have had a catheter in and not moved yet... and she had a shower that night! it took me a couple days before i had one of those... i remember always making sure i showered and shaved that day... which is tricky when you are having contractions!
love skinny saggy wrinkly old lady hands! - in a couple days they will the same size as Kate's tiny hands...
her hair glows more than Meredith's and is not as orange as Paige's so i predict a brown eyed blonde - absolutely adorable. I love her to bits.
she is my fourth girl, vicariously through geoff and kate, which means i will be getting lots of sleep with this one! hehe...
Last Weeks Soccer Pictures... while i am waiting my neice to be born
... at least it better be a girl - I have twenty tubs of clothes to get rid of (actually i have a back-up baby girl plan too...all good)

at this very moment she is 5-6 cm dilated - come on samantha lauren! (or simon marcus - love the name simon...)
so about those soccer pictures...
they are kinda crappy - we weren't sitting in the best of spots, but the light was gorgeous - and paigey played!!! even would have scored a couple of goals if the net had only been in the far corner of the field!
Charlotte was very excited about drinking the water and playing with the water bottles.

ok so that took 10 minutes.
C is singing twinkle twinkle in her bed - she sings every night, for up to an hour - crazy kid...
one more minute gone...
still no phone call
i think she's just lazy - i could have had P in less than an hour after being in the hospital, and with less that 4 hours total labour - from the very first contraction - if the darn kid had not been upside down - and thus had to wait and go through the most excruciating pain i have ever experienced waiting for the epidural to go in... ahhh good times...
four more minutes...
ack - need something else to do...
