Slip n Slide
lots of fun pix - just going to post them all... saw slip-n-slides on sale for $5 later that day, bought one for Geoff's house (he has softer grass!) - it's still sitting in my trunk, but will still be good for next year.

and after running around like monkeys they looked like this:
that is Alyssa and Meredith, and the arm of Tom - who was quieting Alyssa down, and getting her ready for sleep, and he was shushing them, and Meredith was already pretending it was 'nigt-night' so she played right along.
(Paige was also in there for awhile - every time Tom said "lay down, go night night" she would immediately stop what she was doing and fling herself on the bed and pretend to sleep - so funny, but had to end for a bottle)
we all had a chance to peek in on them since they were doing it for a little while, and then we realized, that Meredith actually FELL ASLEEP like that! in our bed in only her underwear, so ryan got a blanket from her room and laid her in her crib (she would have ended up in her underwear anyway).
It was so funny to see Meredith lulled to sleep by Tom, who plays big and gruff with her, and with whom she plays shy with for an hour or so every time she sees him - second sweetest moment in a whils (other than Alyssa hugging Paige).

This is the cutest thing I have ever seen out of my camera. And she is going to be a great big sister in a month (or less!) I can't wait If I weren't so deathly tired, I would want to be pregnant again...
